By entering any CLCA contests, or participating CLCA events, I authorize any images, videos, or submissions taken of or from myself (and/or minors for which I am responsible), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other media content, to be displayed on the Calgary Legacy Community Association Website and other official channels including but not limited to social media, and our newsletter. This may include for use in media purposes such promotional presentations and marketing campaigns. I also authorize any media material created by myself within the Calgary Legacy Community Association.
I waive rights to privacy and compensation, which I (and/or minors for which I am responsible) may have in connection with such use of my name and likeness, including rights to be written copy that may be created in connection with video production, editing and promotion therewith.
